These terms govern your use of Dmora, a service operated by OXEDGEN. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Dmora lets you connect social media accounts you own or manage, set up automatic replies to comments and direct messages, and schedule posts. Dmora acts only on your instructions and through each platform’s official API.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
- Follow the terms and policies of each platform you connect, including Instagram’s Platform Terms and Community Guidelines.
- Do not use Dmora to send spam, misleading content or unsolicited messages.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages and posts you set up.
Platform limits
Social platforms set their own rules and limits, such as how many messages can be sent per hour and when a reply is allowed. Dmora works within those limits and cannot guarantee delivery when a platform declines a message or changes its API.
Accounts and termination
You can stop using Dmora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or a platform’s policies.
Liability
Dmora is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, OXEDGEN is not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by changes or outages on third-party platforms.
