Disconnect an Instagram account

In Dmora, open Accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. Its access token and automations are deleted right away. You can also remove Dmora from Instagram under Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites.

Delete everything

Email issam@oxedgen.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Dmora data”. We delete your account, connected accounts, automations, reply logs and scheduled posts within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you messaged a Dmora customer

If you commented on or messaged an account that uses Dmora and want your data removed from its reply log, email us with your Instagram username and we will delete it within 30 days.
